We're looking for a highly motivated individual with janitorial background and supervisory experience. Must be detail oriented with knowledge of building cleaning, and floor and carpet care. 

Job Summary: Clean and maintain the common areas of the shopping center to enhance customer appeal and provide a pleasant shopping environment to ERMC standards.

Essential Functions: Supervise and train associates; Ensure policies and procedures are followed; Maintain and report inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; Communicate information to the Operations Director; Write necessary reports and maintain records; Perform and effectively supervise a variety of janitorial functions.
