Express Factory Outlet Sales associates are responsible for providing a great in-store shopping experience for customers. Sales associates assist with additional tasks including, but not limited to, stocking cleaning and folding merchandise. Sales associates are also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, check out, fitting room, and stockroom to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers. Sales associates are also required to drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customers to participate.

Qualifications
-Previous retail/customer service experience preferred, but not required
-Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associates.
-Demonstrate collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
-Must be 18 or older and available nights, weekends and holidays
